PIYO Studio Internal Rules

These rules apply to all visitors who use the studio’s services or enter the studio as guests.
All visitors are expected to maintain cleanliness, order, and courtesy.
While in the studio, please respect the peace and comfort of others.

1. Opening Hours

The studio’s working hours depend on the class schedule, which can be viewed on our website.
Private sessions are arranged by phone or by registering online.

2. Clothing and Footwear

During classes, you must wear comfortable, fitted sportswear.
No sharp clips, zippers, or accessories that may damage equipment surfaces are allowed.
If your clothing includes zippers, they must be covered or closed with fabric.
Wearing large rings, long earrings, or any jewelry with sharp edges during class is strictly prohibited.
Classes are held barefoot or in grip socks — shoes are not allowed.
Outdoor footwear is prohibited inside the studio.

3. Personal Hygiene

All visitors must maintain good hygiene.
Unpleasant body odors are not acceptable.
Visitors with contagious skin conditions are not allowed in the studio.
If a dermatologist has confirmed a non-contagious condition (e.g., allergic reaction), socks or appropriate clothing must be worn.
Avoid using strong perfumes.
Do not attend classes if you have symptoms of illness.

4. Use of Studio Equipment

Pilates machines may be used only under the supervision of an instructor and according to their guidance.
After use, please clean mats, reformers, and all equipment with the provided disinfectant and paper towels.
Return all equipment to its designated place after class.

5. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

Each class has its own minimum cancellation time, visible during registration on the website.
By registering, clients confirm that they have read and accepted this condition.

Cancellations can be made online by opening your registration calendar and selecting the class.

If a client fails to cancel within the specified time, the session will be counted as used and payment will not be refunded.
If the client does not have an active membership, the missed session will be deducted from the next purchased package.

6. Punctuality

Being late to group classes is not allowed, as it disturbs others and increases the risk of injury.
Instructors have the right to deny participation to clients who arrive after the class has begun.

7. Children and Adolescents

Children aged 9 and above may attend classes.
Parents or guardians must accompany the child to and from the studio.
Children under 12 may not leave the studio without a guardian.
Guardians may remain in the studio to observe the session.

8. Safety and Emergencies

In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and evacuate according to the studio’s safety plan.

9. Personal Belongings

The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for any unlawful actions by third parties.
Lost and found items are stored for 14 days.
We cooperate with law enforcement when needed.

10. Prohibited Actions

Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs is strictly forbidden, as is being under their influence.
Pets are not allowed in the studio.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

Client data are processed in accordance with the PIYO Studio Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you agree that the studio may store and use personal data (e.g., posture, fitness details, photos, or videos) to ensure professional and personalized service.

12. Memberships and Validity

Each membership type has its own validity period and applicable classes.
The validity period starts from the first class registration.
Unused sessions within the period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships must be activated within 6 months of purchase, otherwise they expire automatically.
Each membership is registered to one person and cannot be shared.

13. Visitor Identification

Studio staff have the right to request personal identification, and visitors are required to present it when asked.

14. Mobile Phones and Devices

All mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced or turned off during classes.
Their use during class is prohibited.

15. Photography and Filming

Photography or filming inside the studio is allowed only for personal use.

By agreeing to these terms, both parties confirm that any materials posted for more than 10 days are considered approved, and no further claims may be made.

17. Health and Responsibility

By registering for classes, clients confirm they have medical approval to engage in physical activity.
Each client assumes full responsibility for their own health and well-being during classes.

18. Termination of Membership or Services
